PRICES

In the event that shipping of any of the items is not possible, we will contact the buyer to give him an expected shipping date and the possibility of canceling the operation. CUSTOMS AND ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU

WARRANTY

Law 23/2003, of July 10, on Guarantees for the Sale of Consumer Goods establishes a 2-year guarantee from the date of acquisition of a new product. This warranty refers to manufacturing defects, so it cannot be applied if it is damage caused by negligent use or an accident.

The technical assessment of the manufacturing defect will be carried out by the manufacturer himself who will determine if it is the object of the guarantee.

In any case, the costs of transport, telephone, postal, etc. will be borne by the buyer. that may arise to make your guarantee effective.

DEVOLUTIONS:

SELBA SERVEIS ELECTRONICS DEL BAGES SL will only accept returns of products purchased directly from our online store.

If when you receive the package, you notice that the packaging is not in good condition, we recommend that you do not accept it and contact us to inform us of the incident. Sending the wrong product:

We will inform you how to do it. Shipping costs will be at our expense in this case. If at the time of returning the product it is not available we will refund the money or we will offer you another one of the same price alternatively.

Right of withdrawal:

At SELBA SERVEIS ELECTRONICS DEL BAGES SL, the most important thing is that you are happy with our glasses and that you can enjoy them to the fullest.
